Everyone very friendly and made me feel relaxed and calm. Explain every step to me in advance. Entire staff is very personable and generally cares for their patients. I will definitely refer anyone in need of a caring and professional dental team to Dr. McCcauley and his staff.
Great dentist, and they do everything in house. Always fit you in in an emergency.
He is a wonderful dentist. His staff is also the best around. Too often Dr is good but staff is horrible but not in this case. Had a permanent bridge put in and having a low tolerance for pain, I can say it was totally painless. IV dentistry is the way to go!!!
Office says one time and then tell me they never said that. The staff then would put me on hold WHILE I was speaking. The first time she did it I waited the second time I hung up and they never bothered to call me back.
I have been going to Dr. McCauley for many years and he has treated all of my dental needs, including bridges, crowns, and emergency needs. Dr. McCauley understands anxiety or worry a patient may have going to the dentist and will accommodate the patient to feel as comfortable as possible. He also has the best, most wonderful staff!
Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has higher ratings because he constantly runs contests for TV for people posting great reviews for him. I had been going to this dentist’s office for several years since he was a covered provider under my insurance plan. My husband had gone in and gotten an insane quote for dental work so he refused to go back especially when another dentist on the plan told him the contracted charge was a 1/3 of what he was quoted. The worst. Hugely expensive and never personally came in to review the patient - communicated through his assistant would need root canal and laser cutting for THREE times the price we got later at a true endodontist who specializes in this procedure. Office staff friendly and act like they are moving the earth to get you worked in for a problem but don’t be fooled. Quality of actual dental treatment and professional care is zilch. AND we had innetwork coverage which office denied. AVOID
I was glad I found this office.Got dentures. Didn't have much money...never saw dentist after that. Only his staff. Dentures don't fit. Never was told about soft or hard realigns . Told I'll need to pay for new set. With what? If you have money, well they couldn't be nicer. Apparently I didn't have enough. Did not receive good treatment. And I don't believe that staff knows you can hear them talking about you from the waiting area. Busy office. I was kept waiting last week, left, cried
I am a snowbird in Florida, broke a crown & tooth requiring root canal and new crown. Went to Dr McCauley based on reviews online. Best root canal experience ever! Staff was wonderful! Everyone was patient, friendly. Called to check on me. Dr McCauley and staff are the best!!! Highly recommend them!!!
