I’ve been a kidney stone producing patient of Dr. Guttman since 2018. He truly saved my quality of life believing there was a metabolic reason for my producing so many stones, and that’s what it was. I had a parathyroid tumor that had caused my calcium levels to rise to a dangerous level. The tumor was removed. We continue to monitor, and although I’ve has a couple of lithotripsies since, hopefully blasting OLD formed stones, it looks like Dr. Guttman and my nephrologist have this condition under control. He is knowledgeable and caring doctor. He diagnosed my sickness and guide me until everything was done. I recommend him for any patient in need. He is super nice person.
Dr. Guttman is one of the best Doctors I have ever met. He goes above and beyond to assure you are give the appropriate medical treatments. He quickly diagnosed issues, other Urologists missed and is getting me back to a much higher Quality of Life. In addition he is helping me with other non-Urology concerns by connecting me to other Top Notch Specialist.
Great doctor have been a client for 5 years only good things to say. Regarding the negative reviews of staff is not accurate. What I have seen are very rude clients. Yes, the wait can sometime be long but this is not their fault. Dr. Guttman is not a 10 minute in and out doctor he takes the time needed for your care.
I met with Dr. Wise following an occurrence of kidney stones. He ordered two tests -- an x-ray and a urine stonerisk profile. When I met with him a week after the tests were done, he said the x-ray was inconclusive (not sure why he didn't order a ct-scan). He also said he didn't have the results of the urine profile. My visit was like it was 9 years plus ago, a busy office with a limited staff, but pleasant and professional. The wait is a problem, I tried morning visits and afternoon visits, always busy. Remember, he is one of the best, everybody wants him. I wish that he could give me more times. Yesterday the wait was so long that I finally left and told the receptionist that they could call me to reschedule my procedure. At 7:30 last evening I received a call from Dr. Guttman personally. He apologized profusely for the wait! He also told me that there was a concern regarding one of my test results and that he was sending the information to my physician for follow-up. I have been trying to reschedule my appointment with him for three months without success. I have left messages by phone and on the website with no response.
Dr. Guttman has taken care of the problem that I have had for years. I have suffered from an enlarged prostate and have taken medication as prescribed for many years with no relief. After testing, Dr Guttman determined that a UroLift would help. He did the procedure, little or not pain, almost immediate relief. Can not say enough good things to say about this Doctor.
