Outstanding Urologist. I was Diagnosed with Prostrate cancer and he was great explains my options and conducting treatments. Highly recommend.
By far the worst Dr appointment I ever had . Although the receptionist was incredible dealing with a very unruly patient. It became very obvious from the get go that Dr. Wise was in a too a big hurry to mess with me . Felt humiliated I even had to catch him in the Hallway to ask about my prostrate ( was also very painful)which he quickly answered "its fine" and walked away. His indifference was shocking. I certainly won`t forget it. Shame on you Sir
Diagnosed prostate cancer and was informative as to my options. Have completed radiation and follow up. Would highly recommend.
The is the worst patient service I’ve ever had. Waited days for test results-1 1/2 hour waiting times in office-staff no very responsive. What good is a Doctor that doesn’t inform the patient of test results?
I waited 1 and 1/2 hours and then left. No apology from any of the staff who were quite simply unfriendly, every single one. Never saw Dr. Guttman, have not received any apology either. I am 77 years old, seen many doctors, but never been treated so poorly.
Dr Guttman is a caring respected Doctor. I had 13 Large Kidney Stones Calcium Oxide. Need 6 Litheoscopic surgery. Dr Guttman after each surgery called me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. This man goes above and beyond. God Bless you Dr Guttman. If anyone thinks any different then they don't know what they are talking about. Blessings to you Doctor Guttman.????
My 3 star rating is not based on Dr. Guttman himself because he is an excellent doctor. But his staff is horrendous. They have never followed up after any of my surgeries for follow up appointments, etc. The front desk is extremely slow and why, at least during “season” IS there only one person at the front desk? Today, there was a line waiting to check in a one patient erroneously came in at 10 am and the girl at the front desk said, “ Your appointment is at 3:00 pm”, but they sat down in the waiting room anyway and was cal... read more
I waited 2 1/2 hrs to see the doctor for sum total of 15 minutes
The staff is very poor at communicating. The Nurse - Stephanie/Stefani did not know how to get proper authorization from primary doctor nor Insurance. Location is 3rd floor, I am a foot amputee and was made to go downstairs walk 300 feet to check in for procedure. Stood waiting in line 15 minutes to be told I was not on schedule. Was told to return upstairs to third floor only to be told by the nurse that she had still not received the authorization and asked if I had.
