Dr. Guttman is caring, knowledgeable, doesn't rush appointments & professional. For the people leaving reviews and saying he is a great Dr. but leaving 1 star because the front desk staff is rude that is not fair to the Dr. and his ratings. The review is for the Dr. not the staff.
Other than having a huge wait time to see Dr. Gutman, the experience is worth every minute. He is very caring and does not perform unneeded procedures. We recommend him without reservation.
I called several time to make an appointment. Left a msg but I am nor getting g any call backs. Terrible staff
He was the best Doctor for my brother 1 & years he kept him alive and well ! I recommend him to everyone . He would always call me after any procedure even on a Saturday . He is a True Doctor who cares ! God Bless him
Dr. Wise has been treating me for about 10 years. He's always been a very kind person, open to questions and suggestions. He's not been one to do much chit chat unless directly related to the medical issues.

Dr. Guttman is an excellent urologist - friendly, knowledgeable and caring. HOWEVER, the front desk staff is PATHETIC! Rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. How people like this keep their jobs is inconceivable. Hence, the one start. If it weren't for Dr. Guttman being the great doctor he is, I would have found myself another Urologist.
Yes sometimes in the past the wait times have been long. Mostly due to all the snowbirds thinking they should be treated better than year around residents. Jennifer Palmer is great along with Dr. Guttman.
The staff is rude, abrupt and incompetent. They sigh when you speak with them and act angry just to set up an appointment, which they didnt even do properly. I waited 3 hours for a telehealth that ne’er occurred. They are the worst ever. What good is a Dr. if you cant get through to him. The staff is miserable.
