I visited Dr. Balandra regarding issues with kidney from a prior CT scan. Once he ordered a new scan and the results were in I did not get any contact from the office. So i called and left 4 messages over the course of 6 days. Eventually the Nurse Practitioner called and left a message that everything was fine and if there were ? To call. Although Dr Guttman is a qualified physician he has a history of poor time management. He has publicly stated to patients that an hours wait is his his opinion “on time”. I have at times waited nearly one and half hours for a five minute lab review only to be told see you in six months. I have seen that he typically books six patients per hour, and by 10 am is already an hour behind. My last visit for a 9:15 appt was significantly delayed when he arrived at the office at 9:50 and was told to expect another hour wait. That wa... read more
After 2 hrs Still waiting to see dr. Not thrilled
I’ve called as many as 6 times before anyone called back, then they booked my appointment for a time other than what they told me. Dr Guttman is a good doctor, but I’m going to find another urologist as his office staff is totally incompetent and couldn’t care less about his patients.
Dr. Guttman is a wonderful doctor. He removed a 9mm kidney stone without any issues. His staff is horrific --they don't respond to phone calls. I'm not sure why this is tolerated as this site has many complaints about the front desk as I have had. For this reason, I've changed to another urologist. The stars reflex the issues in the office
staff is ABSOLUTELY INADEQUATE!!! Portal messages NEVER get answered. I have 5 in there now over 6 months....not one addressed. Phone calls never answered beside leaving messages with answering machine AND phone service. I have prostate cancer that is aggressive and NO ONE seems to be in a hurry to start my treatment. INEXCUSABLE!!!! Guttman is VERY good and such a shame his staff could give a flip!!
Dr. Guttman and Jennifer Palmer are fantastic. My issues are in the scheduling and trying to reach the office. I have left messages for a return call but have not been contacted. Wait times are typically long as well. Once I see somebody, the appointment is great.
