He is a doctor that listens and wants to make sure you have the right care!
Staff has no interest in the customer. Do not return calls. Dr Balandra's name is not on the portal as a choice to send messages to. Cannot communicate at all. Staff does not appear to be knowledgeable about answering questions relative to tests given. This atmosphere make it uncomfortable to a customer to deal with the Dr. Staff is unfriendly and has no affect to customer. Do not recommend this Dr.
My recent visit with Dr. G was terrific. Dr G is always thorough and understanding. His staff is super helpful and professional.
Crowded office and frequently behind schedule but a lot of personal attention and a willingness to ask you and to listen to you and then respond and explain both in the office and on the phone
