My husband and I both see Dr. Thakur at least once a month each. She listens to us and genuinely cares about her patients. We both have serious medical conditions and she exceeds all our expectations. Referrals are quick. The office staff knows us and are equally amazing. I have referred many friends to her and they've all been very happy.

No follow-up. You call and they never call you back.

Dr. Thakur is wonderful in every way. She takes the time to listen to you. She is very professional and tries to do what she feels is best for you. If there is a problem that is over her head she will send you to a specialist in the field that you need. If a specialist gives me a prescription, I always talk to her about it first because she knows all my medicine and looks to see how the new medicine might interact with the medicine you are on now. I like to have all of my medicine coming from the same doctor to insure that s... read more

She is an amazing physician, she is extremely knowledgeable and seems to genuinely be caring for your first few visits. You always wait at least 2 hours to get in a room and then normally another 1 to 2 hours to be seen, but I was willing to overlook this due to her fantastic bedside manner from the first few appointments. Very quickly you start realizing that she just likes to say things that sound great, she will make you feel like an angel has come into your life and you are the only patient that really matters only to re... read more

Takes all the time the patient needs. Has been my doctor for years and has helped me get through a lot of terrible illnesses and emotional times. She is very personable and delivers her advice and diagnosis with care and empathy. Waits can be longer, but knowing that she is treating her other patients the same, make that an acceptable wait time for me.

Thakur At my first visit with Dr. Thakur, she ordered bloodwork and said she would call me the Next week to discuss the results. After a week and a half I still hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called the office and left a message. A nurse called me back, but could only tell me about the plan that Dr. Thakur had decided on without bothering to consult me. The nurse said she would talk to Dr. Thakur about other options, but over a month later I still haven’t heard from anyone at the practice. Like others mentioned, the wait was... read more

Oh my, Dr Thakur is the best doctor I have ever had. I trust her. She gives each patient her time and attention… yeah, you wait for a while, however, having her as my doctor- every bit of time spent waiting is well worth it. She is not the kind of doctor that makes you feel like you have to hurry up- get in, get out within 10 minutes. Dr Thacker is golden, I would not trade her for anyone else. Her APN’s are very good as well. There is a large group of my friends who see her as well- we have no complaints. Her practice is op... read more

Had to give one star to post. She's a great doctor but never again. Currently 2 hours and 20 minutes past scheduled appt time. Finally in a room. Would she wait on me if I said I'd would be back jn a couple of hours? Never had a wait like this without some explanation.
