Since I have been in the same family dentist practice for over 40 years, I was did not know what to expect in beginning with a new dentist. Fortunately, I was very pleased with my first visit.
My appointment was as expected based on my history with Webster. It started timely, with no time wasted sitting around waiting to be seen. That was followed by professional service from both a dental technician and the dentist herself. The session involved communication on what looked good, what could stand improving and guidance on how to improve in my "problem areas". All done in a professional and courteous manner.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. More work to be done on my teeth unfortunately.
Dr. Zeffery and his crew are always available for you. They dislike pain as much as you do. The staff, especially Kathy, knows everyone by name and is a constant source of information and assistance. I can't imagine going to a different dentist.
If the word "enjoyable" can be used to describe a visit to the dentist, the entire staff of Webster Dental Care of Mundelein definitely makes it so. Thank You, Mark Czynski (Mundlein, IL)
