The people and staff are very friendly and helpful dr Swanson is very nice and understanding of your feelings would recommend them highly

Have been very happy with the efficiency and level of care I get at North Suburban Dental in Mundelein. They make the process very smooth with scheduling and billing all taken care by the staff.

I moved to North Suburban Dental after my dentist of 35 years retired. I have been very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and care taken during the dental exam. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Just in for a clean and check up. As my normal dentist is out, another was able to assist in giving me a clean bill of dental health.
The hygenist, Elizabeth B., was excellent. She did an excellent/very-thorouogh cleaning as well as being very professional about the full set of X-rays. Readidly answered any questions I had. Dr. Shepherd was out sick (disappointing, of course), but the stand-in (sorry, I didn't catch his name) also seemed very good. I believe we are off to a very good start.
Prompt and friendly service! I liked the fact that I didn't have to wait, usually a norm for all doctor appointments. Hygienist was friendly and provided caring service! Overall a satisfying experience. Thanks to the team!
