HORRIBLE! I called the phone number provided by my insurance CarePlus in the provider handbook but learned that the dermatologist Dr. Lucy Martin is not a member of that medical group so I was asked to find her on the internet. I found her and about two weeks ago I called that office to schedule an appointment for today. I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Martin that I’ve recommended her to my family. Excellent patient care from Dr. Martin and the office staff. The office is very clean and I like that it is a smaller practice. I was surprised at the short wait times even before COVID-19. She always calls back if I have any questions/leave a voicemail. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Martin, she is a great professional, she helped me a lot with my fear of facing the doctor, she gave me the strong support that I would not find in no other place, the staff treated me with respect and was very nice, the place is very clean and comfort, I highly recommend Dr. Martin for any skin issues in children or adult, you will receive the best care.
I've had two appointments now with Dr. Martin and am very impressed. I don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but am impressed enough with Dr. Martin's expertise and general knowledge that I feel compelled to write one. The office is impeccably clean; there is no wait time as in practices with groups; the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Martin is concerned with each patient, takes her time and discusses the options. I shall return.
Rushed. All she kept saying, was This will cost extra. or You will have to pay for that. Really? Like i expected a doctor to do anything for free??? I was a new patient. She did a biopsy. I never received any results. - I would never recommend her, nor will i return. The office staff was very nice.
