Complete lack of communication by Dr Hayes and his entire staff. Was given OK to wait until after June 19th to have procedure by Dr Hayes, and then when they tried to plan it for the 17th was dropped from Dr Hayes' care for refusing the procedure when I told them I couldn't until after the 19th. This is the third mess up by this office, and now I'm left without a heart doctor. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Negligent and uncaring staff and a doctor who doesn't care.
He is an expert at what he does and I think he is the best at what he does.

Dr. Hays is a great man and a wonderful physician
Very detailed evaluation. He went over all medications and what they were used for, as well as my medical conditions. Most importantly, I felt that I had his full attention and he listened to my concerns.
Awesome bedside manner and explains everything very well.
I absolutely love him.
