I had very little wait time. Dr. Lemak was very courteous and kind.
Dr. Lemak was my surgeon at Ft. Meade in 1974. My right ankle has held up beautifully after all these years! I highly recommend him to everyone I know in the Birmingham area. Thank you so much for your fine care.
Highly recommended! Totally well in 6 weeks from knee surgery!! Dr Lemak and staff were great to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
The pre-op and post-op were great . The education and information of the surgery was fantastic. Every individual that we were in contact with was pleasant. We drove from our hometown of Gulf Shores to allow Dr . Lemak and Dr. Appell to perform this procedure. Thank all of the staff and everyone affiliated with our experience.
I had an MRI done for an injury, and a week later they still have not reviewed it. I called everyday and was told Dr. Kevita of Lemak sports medicine still had not looked at it.

Has been taking care of my Orthopedic needs for approximately 23 years, maybe longer. Scoping knees, a couple shoulder surgeries and finally a complete knee replacement. Extremely Professional and dedicated to providing excellent heath care.
My experience with Dr. Lemak and his staff leave much to be desired. Surgery was okay, but the followup care was not up to par. His staff was supposed to start the authorization for a get injection to help with pain in my knee...6 months after we started the process I finally received a call that it had been approved. During this time I called his office continually to inquire about the injection only to be told multiple times that they were working on it; as times their answer was very vague.
