I absolutely love Dr. Werlin and his staff. Dr. Werlin is a tremendously kind, funny, and caring individual who knows what he is doing! His nurses are all wonderful and kind and DO return phone calls! I never had a problem with anyone in the office. I have already referred 2 people to him and they love him too! I will be "graduating" soon and have already cried thinking about not seeing their faces on a weekly/daily basis. Awesome doctor - the best!!! He's worth the trouble of working with the other staff members. Other comments about staff not being on their game are true. Calls are not returned promptly from finance or nursing.
I love Dr. Werlin but the staff is horrible, right down to the billing person (nasty phone demeanor) My nurse never returns my phone calls or emails - I had to demand to speak to Werlin for answers. Werlin ROCKS - the staff, not so much.
It was very difficult to get my first appointment with this doctor but it was worth the wait. INCREDIBLE Doctor!! He calls his patients after each test and spends time answering all your questions. I had other endocrinologists before him in the same region and had really terrible experiences until I met Dr. Werlin. Best Doctor ever!
Dr. Werlin a and his staff are AMAZING! They are all very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They always make you feel comfortable and walk you through every step. I would recommend CFMC very very highly.
