I saw Dr. Alberton for frozen shoulder & then a broken patella (knee cap) requiring surgery. She is very thorough, knowledge & straight to the point. Always took the time to answer my questions. When you leave her office, it is with confidence that you are receiving top notch care.
My experience with Dr. Alberton was the complete opposite of the reviewer from Feb 18th, 2018. Dr. Alberton was polite, very through and had a fun sense of humor. I don't normally enjoy doctor visits but her and the entire staff were great and took the time to answer all of my questions. And by the way, I am 53 years so the comment about her only caring for younger patients is completely off base. I highly recommend her and Scripps.
I saw Dr. Alberton about my shoulder. She was rude and dismissive. The crème de la crème was her remark to me when I was leaving her office about the tissue that I had in my hand: "Is that a grandma tissue?" I was astonished. This woman took the Hippocratic oath and does not have the temperament to be working in a field in which she is supposed to be helping people. Or, perhaps you have to be very young to be worthy of her time.
Dr. Alberton is the best. Very knowledgeable and listens to you. Also gives the best cortisone injections.
I fully trust Dr. Alberton. She took the time to show to me the areas of damage and concern on the Xrays and MRI's. This is very important to me so I can make an informed decision. I have never left her office without a full assessment of my condition and a plan. I do suggest that you have your questions written down as much as possible as a courtesy to both her and the following patients.
Very knowledgeable, efficient and assertive provider, attentive to detail and thorough and honest in her clinical assessment.
Dr. Alberton and her staff were amazing. I met with the PA first and when she saw my results, bypassed another visit and had me meet with the doctor directly. Dr. Alberton explained everything, even suggested alternatives to surgery. I went ahead and had the surgery & things are great. Post op everything. Communication A++. Everything about my experience was dealt with professionally and exactly as she said. I'd recommend her anytime!!
She is an awesome and extremely talented surgeon.
