I think doctor Rao is fantastic she did surgery on my left hand when I broke it 2 years ago. I did not have any problem with it. She is very caring And she has a very good Bedside manner. I Would recommend her to anyone

Excellent experience with Dr Rau. Clear explanation of procedure to fix my left carpel tunnel. Very professional. I highly recommend her. The BIG negative is that I have arrived early as instructed for my appointments and then waited a very long 45 minutes before being placed in a room only to wait again for Dr Rau. This has occurred on all my visits to their clinic - I have seen another doctor in the group for another problem. My time is valuable and the wait rime is unacceptable!!
I visit Dr.Rao about every three months for cortisone injections in both hands from arthritis. Lacey is the kindest and most gentle Dr.
Dr Rao injected cortisone shots in both thumbs for Arthritis and thoroughly went over my next option of surgery. She has performed multiple surgeries on both hands. She is very compassionate and skilled. She explains everything as many times as you need always takes her time with me. She’s the only hand surgeon that I’ll go to and would highly recommend her.
Dr. Rao provided excellent care for recent surgery on my right thumb. She was thorough, communicative, personable and expert! She explained my injury in terms I could understand and asked for my thoughts. Her directions for both pre- and post- operative care were clear and concise. She gave me x-rays that were taken during surgery so I could visualize the techniques she applied. Staff was very professional, friendly and competent also.
