She was quick, she was thorough, she listened, and was beyond helpful. I couldn't be happier with her.
My biggest problem is the lack of privacy now being offered. They insist that you preregistration on a less than secure site. And to do this review google offered to share my info farther than I wanted it shared. She ran late again but she did apologize. The office seems to run behind.
Dr. Lacey Rao is thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. After months of hand pain and other problems, I have a treatment plan.
She was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain options and procedures.
