Dr. Rao is amazing! I highly recommend her and her staff!
I was there for pain in my hand and fingers. After x-rays and evaluation from Dr. Rao, she proceeded to explain and discuss treatment. She did the treatment and I'm pleased with my visit. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
I like that she explained my problem, gave me my options and explained the procedures. Was very thorough.
Impressive. Dr. Rao listened to my description, asked key questions, and then examined my thumbs/wrist by pressing on key points. She quickly found the trouble spots. Then she showed me those areas on the X-ray and explained the source of discomfort/pain. She presented 3 or 4 options for treatment and let me chose. I didn't feel at all rushed, got my concerns addressed and am pleased with the treatment. It was worth waiting 8 weeks to get in to see her.
I love Dr.Rao, she is so good to her patients. And she listens to them. Doesn't rush though the visit.
Employees were very friendly and professional. Dr. Rao was friendly , knowledgeable and an awesome doctor.
