Dr. Rao was so gentle with my hand & wrist. She took the time to hear my issues and recommended a cortisone shot & did it herself during the same apt. She was quick, pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
Dr. Rao portrayed confidence which I found reassuring. She explained all of the options and risks. She gave room to test less invasive options before moving directly to surgery. If surgery is needed, I would be comfortable with Dr. Rao as my surgeon.
I recently visited Dr. Rao for Dupuytren’s Contracture in my left hand (I am also left handed). A year ago I had an injection to break up the scar tissue which did not give me good results. The doctor explained all my options, gave me the pros and cons of each, and explained what she would be doing if I opted for surgery. Looking forward to my surgery next month.
Caring, gentle yet thorough. Love her mannerism and explanation of problem and determination of findings. Doesn’t leave the room until all your questions and concerns are answered to your satisfaction.
She worked on my left hand about 5 years ago did a terrific job.
She is thorough and efficient and has done prior surgery on my hand.
Everything about Dr. Rao comes as advertised. She explained my condition in an understandable manner and presented the recommended option. In my case, I opted for surgery. It went EXACTLY as explained and there were no surprises in recovery. I now have full function of my hand. I have no problem driving by several hand surgeons to go to Dr Rao!
Dr. Rao is knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and explains what you need to know in detail. My hand surgery for Depuytren's Contracture resulted in very little pain afterward and greatly improved my hand function.
Dr Lacey Rao did a beautiful job on my carpal tunnel operation! She explained the procedure and performed it on time at the hospital and left no scars or nerve sensations! She is caring and understanding of her patients! I would highly recommend her to anyone! R Faut Gv
