I especially appreciate Kimberly's care during my visit. She's very capable and always gentle.
It was my first visit. I was treated very professionally, and the staff was patient and took lots of time with me, and completed a very thorough exam.
The DH doing my X-rays and assisting with the tooth repair could benefit from some additional training in doing her functions more smoothly and gently. She appeared to genuinely take care in her job but her skills were rudimentary. Not sure if it was nerves or not. Just not very pleasant for me as the patient. Additional feedback would be around her engagement skills. I am a 45 year old woman- not a 6 year old kid. The "great job!" Type comments got rather annoying and condescending after awhile. This practice has always been my favorite - they treat me with respect, remember the smallest personal details about me (even though I only see them once every 6 months!) and are always able to get me at the last minute if my schedule changes.

This was the Best Dental Experiance I have evey had. For the 1st time in my life the Dentistis took time to explaine everythng in way I could understand, and made feel at ease. I am so glad I made the desission to come visit Dr. Kivtko.
