The dental hygentist was nice and polite and so was the dental specialist
There would be nothing more you could do to make me feel anymore comfortable than you did. My anxiety vanished after Desiree's kind words and gentle touch. Once she was finished with my x-rays Dr. K took over. I felt totally comfortable and relieved that I was in such a caring environment. I truly believe that denistry isn't just a job for Dr. K. It's a calling.
As always, I had a great experience! The best dental office I've ever been to. Top to bottom. Of special note, I always enjoy Kimberly doing my cleaning. She does a great job, never causes me discomfort, and has a really pleasant demeanor. Thanks to you and your staff!
I didn't answer #4 because it was only 10 minutes which I think is perfectly acceptable. My only suggestion would be to update your cable list on your exam room TV's! It was a good experience and I was a bit apprehensive only because you were a new office to me. Thanks for the positive experience. Kimberly was wonderful and I appreciated that Dr. Beck was not pushy in his recommendations because I was afraid you guys would be from the tone of the paperwork I filled out. I will be back.
I found all staff very professional and friendly.
Everything went well. I appreciated the professionalism of both my hygienist and the dentist who examined me. The procedures and X-rays were explained to me clearly and in detail. Though I probably did not understand everything as comprehensively as someone with a background in dentistry might have, I was happy not to be patronized. With what dental care costs, it's nice not to be treated like a rube into the bargain. I would definitely recommend the service quality of this office.
I felt welcomed by everyone when I checked in.thought I only needed a filling but turns out I needed more than that. I felt comfortable with talking with the Dr. Even though I will not have everything that was recommended I didn't feel pressured.
Great service, as always. Staff very knowledgeable. Everything was explained and I was ver satisfied.
Dr. Beck is great. He is quite obviously skilled, calm, thorough, polite, and respectful while maintaining a social ease. He, along with the rest of the caring staff, cured me of my long-standing fear of being in the dental chair. That is quite a feat, so kudos! :) And, thank you.
