Your facility in and out was in excellent condition. There were plenty of safe parking spaces, and my appointment was at 1:30 and I was sitting in the examining chair at 1:35. The office was clean, organized and equipment was not dated. I was truly impressed with everyone’s enthusiasm and friendliness, which includes Dr. Kvitko :); also, I have never experienced that level of comfort and genuine interest combined with the professionalism at any other dental office. Receptionist - friendly and kept confidentiality Dental assistants were able to work together to complete task of obtaining X-rays.
Dr. Beck did a really nice :O. With my filling. Not rushed, waited for the local anesthetic to work.
Very Satisfied. After the traumatic experience of shattering both front teeth at 4PM, obtaining a same day walk-in appointment for 9AM the next day and having both teeth repaired in 2 hours, I felt so relieved, grateful and impressed with Dr. Kvitko and his son's talent and professionalism.
The Hygienist (Christy) was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel very at ease and was and excellent representative for the practice.
Thanks to Dr. Beck for throughly explaining my dental needs and always being gentle when I get my work done.
My hygienist was pleasant but REALLY rough. Even the polishing hurt and that is hard to do. Other than that, the appointment was fine.
The staff made me feel welcome as a new patient. The receptionist was extremely courteous and professional, as was Tony and the Dr. I am looking forward to my next visit and my ultimate smile rejuvenation. THANK YOU!
