The hygenist was very professional and personal.
Everything went smoothly from the moment I entered the door to the moment I left. They were extremely professional yet still personable which created a pleasant environment. I'd recommend them to anyone new to town and in need of a dentist.
I would like to see Saturday appointments. It makes it easier especially if you have a procedure where someone needs to drop you off and pick you up.
Monica, who I believe was a temp in covering for someone on vacation, was great. Pleasant and funny. She was a great fill-in.
So kind. I am very afraid and after m first dose of sedation, I was still anxious Dr. K gave me more. The next thing I remember, I was waking up and all finished! Perfect individualized care for me.
I forgot to mention I met the voice guy from the wall in the office.
Dr. Beck is the best! I love this practice because you have good dentist. I was sad when Dr. Metmas left, but Dr. Beck brought joy back.
I did not understand that this visit was for consultation only, I was disappointed that I did not have cleaning done and that I was not able to schedule for 3 weeks
