The staff is difficult to deal with. They don't answer questions well at all. The billing staff is has issues. My mother has been overbilled, not had checks credited correctly, incurred charges for follow up procedures that normally are covered with her surgical procedure but she broke her leg and ankle and then had a stroke so she could not keep the 4 month appointment. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I had made a good choice. The office was clean and the front desk girls were helpful. I was greeted and sat fro about 15 minutes before mt lasik consult. I finished my entire pre-op appt. in just over 3 hours (a little time consuming, but atleast I got it all done in one day). I was then scheduled to come back in 2 wks. for my surgery. He treats you as if he is a celebrity and you are lucky to be in his presence. He acts like your concerns don't matter. I saw better with contacts than I do a year and a half post op. My prescription had stayed pretty much the same in 18 years and now after the surgery...I have trouble seeing street signs. I don't feel comfortable driving.
Doctor seems well-educated, but is aloof and hard to understand. The girls in his office didn't really impress me either. I went in to see about cataract surgery and decided to keep looking. The girl who talked to me smelled like smoke. After all the advertising this doctor does I was disappointed with the reality of his office
I went to see this guy to ahve cash paying ( doesnt take ins.) for corrective eye lasik high definition surgery. he is the only one in fl who does this without a 'blade' to create a flap for correcting eye vision. he has 3 locations in fl and is a compedent doctor with much credentials. the waiting room was filled with patients adn we had to wait 4 hours before we were done. it was a 2 hours ride to get there and 3 hourss to get home for the rush hour traffic. he is expensive 5K for both eyes to correct distance vision. his ... read more
