Appointment was rushed, spent the entire time typing which made me feel like he wasn't present. He was dismissive to the point that I didn't make it through my list of symptoms and issues. Absolute waste of time and money after waiting 4 months for the appointment.
He is very compassionate, listened to me and answered to all my questions. I never felt rushed. He asked all details about my migraine then gave me handouts, about diet, pain management and gave me all the treatment options I could start with and made me part of the treatment plan and decision. . I went from having about 15 migraines in one month to one and now, 4 months later I am pain free and I look back and know I was lucky to find Dr. Kleinfeld.
I was treated by Dr. Kleinfeld following an ER visit for an unexpected neurological problem. After getting no answers in the ER, and lots of confusion with follow up instructions, I sought out a different doctor within Vanderbilt for help, finding Dr Kleinfeld. Prior to my visit, he'd already reviewed my ER chart and test results. He spent a great deal of time discussing my symptoms, doing an exam, and explaining his diagnosis. He was thorough, patient, & thoughtful. I highly recommend this Dr.
Of you are looking for a doctor for any kind of headache related illness, go see someone else. He will tell you it is in your head and say you need to go see a psychiatrist. He doesn't spend any time with you at all listening to your problems.
Lack of addressing concerns, diagnosing, providing treatment options. General lack of concern for patient. No sympathy in regard to head / neck injury resulting in migraine and vertigo. Nurses are not considerate and do not return calls. Office is unorganized and unconcerned.
Wonderful doctor! Dr. Kleinfeld is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens, answers questions, and explains the problem and solution with reasoning. I was very impressed and so relieved to finally have a Neurologist I trust.
I came to Dr. Kleinfeld for a second opinion after seeing another neurologist and my experience was like day and night. I have a nerve injury in my head and through therapy and Dr. Kleinfeld's care, I am much better. I could not by happier. Howard Price
Dr. Kleinfeld listens to my health concerns and addresses them. He is both compassionate and competent.
Dr. Kleindeld was puzzled by my symptoms, he was dismissive and had no interest when I tried to explain the that I had been in excruciating pain intermittently for 2 1/2 years. At my second visit he spent 3 minutes with me. He said and this is an exact quote. "I don't know what is wrong with you, you should go see another doctor." He had no empathy, compassion or concern for my well being.
