I felt he wasn't really listening to me. He had a plan for what I needed and didn't think he was the doctor to help me with my needs. That may be the case but I needed to feel my compassion.

He is thorough, empathetic and has gone above and beyond to see to it that she has received the much needed care that she deserves. After spending a year almost disabled by neurological symptoms, I saw Dr Kleinfeld. From the moment he walked in the door he was dismissive, short, cut me off when I tried to describe symptoms and irritable. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a practitioner, especially for an appointment I felt was incredibly important. I explained a main symptom was a very over active startle reflex.
