Truly a wonderful all around health care experience! I don't even mind getting my annual FLU shot here!
Staff was very courtious - Amy is great as always and Ms Shaw was her usual thorough self. If I have to see a Dr's office. Eagle is my favorite.
Always have a great experience at Eagle Village. Dr. Shaw is a wonderful doctor and I feel always I get quality care from her and the other staff.
Dr. Shaw always listens to me , answers my questions and helps me solve any problems. She make me feel comfortable and never rushes me. Coley knew she was the right doctor when he chose her to take his position in the practice.
Quickly called in to exam room. Sr. Shaw always wonderful. Knows how to get to the main issue/s and collaborated with me for some solutions. Her CMA is always responsive when I email for any reason. Dr. Shaw is amazing! Want to add that my middle initial is R. Just so it's in the record.
Did not have to wait long and Dr Shaw showed great compassion during my visit.

Dr Shaw is so pleasant. She listens and makes sure that she has a full understanding of a problem and then discusses treatment options and asks for my input on which treatment would be the best fit for me. Amy is always so kind and through in explaining discharge instructions. All staff is friendly and helpful.
Wait time was only a few minutes. Amy, Dr. Shaw's assistant is great. Dr. Shaw is very thorough, extremely personal and really cares about her patients. I wouldn't want to go to any other doctor.
