As always, everything was excellent. The front office staff greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. I was called back in a timely manner and the nursing staff treated me with respect and listened to my questions. The lab technician was very friendly and drew my blood relatively painlessly. The entire process was as enjoyable as a Dr.'s visit can be.
Absolutely love Dr. Shaw and Amy. Excellent physician and she spends whatever amount of time she needs with you, listens to your concerns and questions and makes sure you understand. Never makes you feel like she is "rushing thru" your appointment and still you have very little wait time, if any. The entire staff is great!
Dr. Shaw is a great doctor. She has a calming effect on you when she comes into the room and she really tries to get to know you as a person not just as a patient. Amy is pretty good also.
Dr. Shaw took her time to explain all my treatment options, my t-scores and what they mean, and answer my questions.
I am always treated like I am the only person there. I Just love Dr. Shaw and the staff . Thanks
