Great experience you feel like your the only patient there
Dr. Shaw is an excellent physician and I always feel at ease during my appointments. She has a great sense of humor, gives excellent advice and is always willing to take time to cover all aspects of my health. Amy is a excellent medical assistant and she puts me at ease with her casual conversation. She is never to busy to answer questions and responds to my e-mail requests without delay.
I LOVE Dr. Shaw, her nurse Amy and the entire front office staff! It is the friendliest, yet the most professional dr’s office I have ever been to. They all make an old lady like me feel like aging is not so bad after all. I have seen other nurses in the practice for my proliah shots sometimes and they are all great too. The lab techs in the office are spot on with drawing my blood, whereas other labs have not been successful at times. Great drs office all the way around!
I am pleased with the care that I receive from Dr. Shaw. She asks pertinent questions as well as listening to my questions and concerns. Other staff members, including front desk, lab and Amy, Dr. Shaw's nurse, are attentive, courteous and pleasant.
I looked forward to meeting with Dr. Shaw, as she always eases my mind and listens intently to the reasons for my visit. I absolutely love her and Eagle for making my relocation to Greensboro a little easier.
Dr Shaw and Amy are excellent I always feel well taken care of when I see them, I have been a patient there for so long that they seam like family.
Would NEVER recommend to friends or family. Dr Shaw is ok. HORRIBLE staff....very RUDE. This is coming from a VERY long time patient (25+ years). Very disappointed.
Dr. Shaw builds a great relationship with her patients. I am never disappointed with her recommends. Her analysis of my health issues and recommendations have helped provide a healthy lifestyle.
Dr SHAW always does a great job of asking questions about my health and giving information about all also gives information about things that I should ask about. Amy the assistant does a good job getting up front information
