Office is always clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and well trained. The wait time is adequate for the size of the office. Overall it is always a pleasure to go there.
The wait is not excessive, Dr Shaw always takes time to communicate beyond the immediate need. The staff moves me through the process efficiently.
Every thing went great check up plus felt like something was not right with my heart got me an appointment with heart dr or PA
My appointment was for my annual physical. Everyone was very nice & attentive & all my health concerns were addressed

Necessary paperwork to be filled-out received by mail a couple of weeks prior to appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early, checked-in, paperwork checked, paid co-pay. Called back directly to see Dr.Shaw. Nurse took vitals, few minutes later I was seen by Dr.Shaw. Very pleasant, informative and professional doctors visit. Lab work completed directly after physical exam.
