I like it there but hard to get in touch with them & to hear back from them. I don't have a computer for their online communications. Desk people aren't happy 'campers'.
Greetings...I love Dr. Poonuru...she has superb bedside manners and patiently listens and welcomes your input at your appointments.
Dr. Desai has been my endocrinologist for a number of years. He listens, shows his concern, answers questions, and works diligently to find the best solution for your problem. He certainly receives my highest recommend.
The clinician genuinely seemed concerned, and stared a care plan and discussed what was gonna be done. I left with no questions. I genuinely felt like my concerns were heard. One of the better experiences I have had in Rocky Mount for a while.
