Went in today for a yearly and I have a new found anxiety with doctor’s appointments. But, the front desk , the nurse and Dr. Loose all made me feel instantly understood and relaxed. It’s a new experience for me when a doctor seems to actually care , gives feedback and doesn’t seem like they just don’t believe a word you’re saying! About your own body! lol - all while you’re explaining some scary changes happening with you. Zero dismissiveness. Very pleased with the changes.
Miss Dr. Fox terribly. The secretary who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. You can tel these people do not want to help people. Get a new job if you truly don’t like helping people that much.
Just try to have a wellness exam and on Humana preventive care list after I confirmed with Humana and explain to the doctor that these were the test that I need referrals for they gave me extremely hard time with excuses of why I did not need the test so when the doctor left the room I called Humana and reconfirmed and the Dr said it was very inappropriate that I’d be on the phone and I said I’m here for my medical attention and I wish to get the medical attention that my insurance covers To also get the preventive work, so ... read more
The staff and doctors were very rude. Would never recommend it to anyone.
