The service was horrible! The doctor, Alexandra, attended to me for barely three minutes, like a robot. She didn’t even take a proper look at my acne — it felt like she already had a script in her head and was just going through the motions. I didn’t even get a chance to bring up other concerns. She prescribed me two products on the spot, which I ended up buying there for almost $80. Insane! This felt more like a rushed sales pitch than a real consultation. Completely disappointed.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dermatology office. I tried to confirm my co-pay before my appointment, as I didn't want to take time off work and potentially be faced with a payment I couldn’t afford. A week before the appointment, I called to ask for the co-pay amount, but I was told they wouldn't know until the day before. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dermatologist's office. From the very first phone call, the staff was incredibly rude, as if I was bothering them by even calling. The location is terrible, looks more like a prison than a clinic. When I arrived, the assistants at the front desk didn’t even greet me—no “Good Morning” or anything. Zero stars for this one, avoid it like the plague! See all the reviews about long waite even with an appt and lack of customer service. Second time there and waited over 45 mins after appt time and finally had to leave… manager Martha just makes excuses for her unprofessional and unhelpful staff as well as blame the customer for a late arrival… (she confused me with a customer that arrived after I did). 3 of them arrived after my appt time and all were seen before me. My appointment had been confirmed for 2 weeks. They had sent me text confirming my visit for Saturday. Next thing you know I get a call Friday afternoon telling me that a I need a referral and that my appointment is canceled. Not even a day prior to my morning Saturday appointment. The lack of professionalism is shocking. Do not recommend this office.
