Diagnose my condition very quickly and gave me my options after going over them with me. My surgery went great, he repaired my Achilles tendon. Him and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Best dr I’ve ever seen! After dealing with unknown pain in my feet for over 7 years and having every primary care dr tell me I’m fine or blame it on me being a little overweight, etc. I went to see Dr Jacobson. Dr. Jacobson repaired a torn Achilles in Oct, 2021. According to Dr. Jacobson, the surgery went well, but after several follow up visits the stiches were removed but the wound never healed due to a deep infection that had also spread to the bone. Dr. Jacobson did not take the infection seriously so I switched to another Orthopedic Dr. who immediately referred me to the Limb Restoration Team at UC Health. I had great experience during a surgical removal of hardware out of my ankles with dr. Jacobson. I was very comfortable with the operation. Doctor made a direct follow-up call after 3 days.
Dr. Jacobson and team are always easy to talk to and they give me the I formation I need and get me out the door, Like many Dr. visit are not one of my favorite things to do but the Dr. and team make it easy to take care of.
