I have been seeing Dr. Cepin Plasencio now for several years. She is very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and always exceeds my expectations. From all the Primary Doctors I have ever seen, she is definitely the best. In addition, I know she really cares about my health. I have recommended several of my clients and friends and they all feel the same way I do. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Doctor.
Be aware, called for a referral last Friday, and it was not done right, was told per staff member. Day of specialist appointment waited for that referral, never came. Was told that there was a new method for seniors to do referrals, and she just figured it out and she was the referral assistant. So couldn’t be seen, and I had a broken foot with pain. I have visited today for the first time, I feel I have made the right decision to change doctor. This office is very inviting, with friendly staff. The doctor took her time to explain all my questions and offered her professional advise.
Everyone is enjoyable and knowledgeable. Best family doctor I ever had.
Every time I go to see Dr.Cepin, she is always very professional and makes me feel comfortable. She is very attentive to ones needs. Also, she personally gave me a call one weekend (her day off) as I was waiting for results on a scan. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is excellent. I highly recommend her!
This doctor listens to all family needs and never in a hurry, she is always there to listen to our concerns and a great physician.
