I had my second visit with Dr. Singh to get a cystoscopy, and I’m very disappointed with my experience with him. During the procedure, he seemed to have little care or sympathy to the pain I was I was experiencing. While he did ask my partner who was in the room to take a look, which was thoughtful, I felt that he took longer than necessary examining and was moving the cystoscopy scope around a lot with no concern to the pain I was in. I had a really disappointing experience with Dr. Singh. From the moment I sat down, he was condescending, dismissive, and acted like he was doing me a favor just by being in the room. He hadn’t even contacted the doctor who referred me—despite the imaging and context coming directly from them. Dr Singh is an outstanding person and very knowledgeable doctor. I would recommend his practice to all experiencing issues. His office staff is very friendly, which is very refreshing.
