Hard working Dr. Very responsible!
I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Su, and I had an unfortunate incident immediately following the procedure. The section of the procedure table collapsed while I was still on it. I am not litigious, but I was upset, first, that no one even called me in the following days to inquire about how I was doing. After my follow-up visit, Dr. Su's note gave a false representation of what happened and an inaccurate summary of my physical status as a result of the fall. I am extremely satisfied with the care I have given here. The medical assistants are very nice and helpful. Dr. Karan has a wonderful bedside manner and takes his time and explains everything in detail. When I leave there I feel that I have been well taken care of.
Explained everything with all the details necessary, listen to the patient needs, suggest variety of options for treatment, very personable, focused on important information. Dr. Karan Singh the best urologist I visited.
Dr. Karan is thorough, pleasant, and always clear in presenting treatment options. I have been going to him for years and trust him implicitly.

Dr. Randall has been great before he joined the OC Urology Associates practice. He was very professional, patient oriented and attentive. Since he joined the OC Urology Associates practice the experience has gone down. Seemed that he could not spend more than few minutes per patient any longer.
