Very patient and made my son feel at ease.
Had an awesome experience for once at an eye doctor- well any doctor for that matter. The care and hospitality that the staff shows surpasses any medical treatment I've had before. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. They knew the exact needs of me and my husband. Could go above and beyond a 5 star rating.
Great!!! Took the time to explan things to me and didn't try to rush me through. Seemed to really care...
The doctor is in no way condescending, very informative, takes input acceptingly and doesn't have a do what I say attitude, just an overall prime example of how a doctor should interact with patients.
Dr. Dungan was great. He made the eye exam very comfortable. He didn't make me feel rushed. He answered my questions regarding a pair of glasses I mistakenly gotten somewhere else. I would recommend Dr. Dungan and his staff for your optometry needs.
It was a very good experience. I came to the new Ocean Eye store by Trident Hospital. Dr Dungan explained about some issues with my eyes and suggested a supplement to help with that. Also Heather, who helped me choose my new glasses, was very helpful. I definitely will return next year.
My daughter and I had our initial visit with Dr. Dungan in the new North Charleston office. The office was beautiful. Dr. Dungan made us feel at ease during the exam. He talked us through the entire exam. We left very knowledgeable of our diagnosis. He came highly recommended and I definitely know why.
A true professional. Personable, knowledgable. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the start. I appreciated the staffs help with picking out my frames. I will be a patient for life.
I had an eye exam at Dr. Duncan's new office at Medical Plaza Drive. Beautiful new office, very welcoming. The staff was extremely nice, very helpful and professional. I got in and out in a timely manner. Great experience. I would highly recommend this office for your next eye exam.
