Hey all, this place is simply the Best, from the start. From checking in to check out. The whole staff was fantastic, all were professional, want me to be comfortable, happy, and satisfied with their service. Want to say thank you to them all. Dr. Dungan has handled all my eye care needs for several years. He is the best. The facility is top of the line, staffing, equipment, quality lab work. Beginning with the thorough exam to the fine details of prescription lense, this facility tops them all. I would recommend Dr. Dungan and his facilities to all!
The first time I met Dr. Duncan I had very bad he injury. He as s nice and caring and even though I was scared of open my eye bc of the pain he worked with me. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is very clean! I have been a few times for different kinds of appointments and have watched how they treat their patients. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure every single patient is comfortable and happy.
Ocean eye is always a pleasant visit. The last time i was in the office, i had some blurred vision concerns. They were adressed immediately and before I left, I had answers and options. Highly recommend this practice
Thank you for an easy experience. And for walking me through each step, and explaining new information and medical information so I had the chance to be as well informed as possible. And you have done a wonderful job with answering the silent questions I didn't know I had, and double checking your stock for me. And of course for your patience through my exam. This is a wonderful practice.

I did not have a chance to see Dr. Dungan, but his associate in the North Charleston office was excellent. If Dr Duncan is anything like his associate, then I know I am in good hands.
