It's a very welcoming place and I recommend trivalley orthopedic to everyone
Dr Long has been seeing me for several years for.my spine problems. The visit yesterday was for a flareup of symptoms. As usual she was very thorough..easy to talk to and set up a plan of action . I highly recommend Dr Long to anyone who needs to see a spine surgeon. She operated on my back a few years ago and is highly skilled. I really wouldn't see any other dr.
Since Dr. Long was in surgery her PA, Diana McCafferty substituted. I was quite satisfied with that .
I came to Dr. Long for a second opinion. I needed clarity regarding moving forward with my massage career with a lower spinal issue. She examined me, took her time showing me the MRI and x-rays, and made sure she understood the main reason(s) for my need for a second opinion. She explained all of my options, offered support (for financial concerns), and even addressed an additional issue regarding my neck and previous injury (that I had not expected!) I will be continuing my spinal treatment and care with her expertise.
Dr. Long saw me yesterday. She and her staff was very informative, very kind and considerate. She explained every detail of my condition and gained my confidence for my upcoming procedure. My thanks to Dr. Long and her staff.
Dr Long is a great listener and never makes me feel rushed.
It was a great office visit
Dr. Long spent a good amount of time going over the new x-rays, my current physical problem and a number of options available to me. She listened to my concerns and did her best to find a way to accommodate my needs. I had to wait an extraordinary length of time. Appointment was for 3:40, I was seen closer to 5:00 and I was the last patient to leave the suite.
Dr. Long is very professional and take good care for her patients. I am so happy to have her for being my Doctor.
