Very patient, thorough, describing each step of the procedures while he proceeds, a gentle touch, and very considerate of the patient's comfort level at all times, and a good sense of humor. And, he listens, which shows respect and appreciation. He exceeded all of my expectations and calmed my apprehension. His rates are quite reasonable. I am happy to have him as my new primary care dentist, and well worth the drive from Des Moines!
