The entire team was kind and professional throughout my lasik surgery and recovery. I have nothing negative to say.
From the initial appointment to the follow-up for my eye surgery to remove cataracts in both eyes, the experience was very smooth and professional. The staff answered all my questions before the surgery, and Dr Prenshaw explained each step during the surgery. I am delighted with the results. Dr. Woolfson and his staff are the best! I've had bad vision since elementary school and was always interested in Lasik but the process terrified me. I finally got the nerve to schedule a consultation and never looked back. Everyone there was so helpful, friendly and reassuring from the consultation all the way to the procedure.
