After a lot of anxiety about the procedure, I found that it wasn't at all what I had expected. Dr Austin took time to explain procedure and stopped when ever I needed him to which I never needed him to . No pain at all .even the next day ! Good experience

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to seeing the dentist. It started in childhood, and it's hard to get over that. Dr. Austin is the first dentist in my 60 years that is helping me deal with that terror! For the first time, I am not climbing the walls or shaking in fright. This is how it always should have been but wasn't. I can't say enough good things in this small of space to tell you how this is becoming a positive experience.
I love Nancy she always does a super job and very gentle, she has got me taking better care of my mouth and she's always free with her compliments. Makes me want to behave. Ha! I wish.

Went very well. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. The hygenist was very thorough and gave suggestions on better methods. The dentist was very nice and thorough in his examination.
I enjoyed my dental experience this visit. All the staff very friendly and I met the new Dr. on staff also.
I came in at 10 am for an appointment. They asked me if I knew it was actually at noon? No. I guess I wrote down the wrong time. I was having a quick procedure. They took me right back. I got to meet Dr. Reed. Very nice and gentle. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
