The staff was energetic friendly met me with a greeting. The hygienist was polite, friendly, helpful, professional.
I am so glad that when my dentist retired his practice went to Dr. Austin and his team. I had the worst anxiety going to dentists for years because my teeth were so senitive.This group of people are fantastic , and I've referred 2 people so far that are very happy also. I did get my $50.00 credit for referrals and so did the people I referred. You won't be disappointed, tell them Mary Ricker referred you, claim that credit:)
had a great time, relax and enjoyable. I could have slept during the procedure, that's how good it was. the girls at the front were also fun to interact with.

Dr. Austin saw me without an appointment to check a tooth I was having a problem with. I appreciated the time he gave me and his opinion on my situation.
The hygeinist was on time, competent, and made me laugh with all that stuff in my mouth. Who could ask for more?
This entire office is friendly and kind. Dr. Austin is a great dentist and "almost" makes going to the dentist pleasant. :) Very flexible hours - and great willingness to work with each patient. Been going there for years - and will continue for years to come.
I was a little apprehensive as always when visiting a dentist. My appointmnent was on time and my teeth cleaning was very detailed and precise. I never experienced such professional care before with prior dentists. Shari took very good care of me. For example, the detail measurement of gum recedance for every tooth was recorded and that never happened before with prior dentists. A VERY pleasant experience for me. I am even looking forward to my next scheduled visit!
My children and I go to the dentist here. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgable. They go above and beyond with notifications and use updated technology in scheduling and procedures.
