Dr. Austin has been my dentist for several years now and I am extremely satisfied with him and everyone working in the office. From the warm greeting and cozy waiting room to the skilled and friendly hygienists and office staff I have never had a bad experience in the office. Dr. Austin and staff also make themselves available for scheduled visits at times outside of standard business hours, which greatly helps me make appointment times that fit around my work hours.
The staff was so kind and got my appointment as soon as they could. The level of care and comfort was great . Thankyou all that helped me that day. Also the insurance billing personnel go as far as they can to help you get what you have coming. Thanks again David B.
Nancy is awesome, I always see her, she is gentle and does a great job. I am never fearful of being uncomfortable. We even get in a few laughs.
