Everyone was very pleasant, patient, and helpful which was very much appreciated.
It was great to have my new crown the same day and with out the awful gunk impression, the camera they use now it really something. I watched as the new crown was being made by a hi-tech machine. Always something new in medicine and dentistry. Dr. Austin explains everything he is doing, which I appreciate.
Thanking him for his patience in getting my partial plate to fit "just right"! Everyone wants to do their best to help us. It is much appreciated, especially this day and age where everyone is always in such a hurry that they are not living in the moment!

As a retired health care provider, I'm was very happy to find a dental practice that provides excellent care, stays up to date, and is efficient. As an added bonus the staff are all warm and friendly--the atmosphere is one of a great place to work which makes me even more comfortable as a patient. Dr. Austin has done several crowns for me--improving my "smile" and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend him and his team!

As always, all of the staff at the office is wonderful! From the time you walk in the door to when you exit you are treated courteously by all and in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the staff and services! Love getting text reminders for appointment dates and times as I have a very busy life and this is a huge convince!
Friendly staff and doctor who were very informative and kept me informed at every step of the procedure. I was impressed.
