I have received nothing but the most professional and friendly experience from Dr. Austin and office staff. Cindy my hygienist has been working for more years than we can remember. It has to be over 20 years. The new office has new machines and instruments to make the dental experience enjoyable. Now that they do implants on premises makes it that much better.
I went for 6mos cleaning and Denise always does an excellent job!!! I was well satisfied with the service I received and rate them 5 star.
My children and I have been a patients at the office for several years, I can honestly say I have never had a bad visit!!! The staff are VERY professional and courteous, they treat everyone like they are family. I recommend Dr 's Austin and Reed to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!

I had a difficult extraction of my wisdom teeth and Dr. John Austin and his assistant Shellie did an excellent job, They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this office to my friends.
Low wait time. Office very friendly and efficient. Denise, dental hygienist was very friendly, informative and thorough. Dr Reid is kind and didn't rush his exam. Overall , I would rate them 5 stars

Celeste did a fine job in cleaning my teeth. In particular, she was very gentle but thorough. I recommend her highly. She was there on her day off, no less!

While on vacation out of state I had to have a root canal the day before flying home to Michigan. Dr. Austin's office was able to see me within 5 business days to complete the permanenat seal. He would have be able to see me sooner but I had a family wedding on the west side of the state when I returned to Michigan. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you very much for seeing me in a timely manner.
