As a medical professional, I set high hopes and expectations for medical offices and I am so pleased that this office meets all of them. I especially have a high regard for doctors who, despite their busy schedule, elect to still do a thorough physical exam, provide adequate patient education, as well as maintaining the human connection piece, and Dr. Reid, Dr. Austin as well as their staff do a phenomenal job with this. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here!

Since childhood, I have been apprehensive about all dental visits. However, the staff in Dr. Austin's office are true professionals who consistently make me feel comfortable, whether they are cleaning my teeth, taking x-rays or doing other dental work. Consequently, I no longer dread dental appointments. That's a huge relief!
