I broke my ankle and needed a surgical evaluation. I broke both a leg and foot bone 7 years ago. I would not consider going elsewhere this time because of the exceptional care from Dr Shank, his PA Myoko and the office staff are also great.
Had an excellent experience with bunion correction on both feet. Dr. Shank takes the time to fully explain procedures, expected outcomes, and advising on recovery. He carefully describes what he sees on x-rays and provides continued monitoring to ensure fully recovery.
Dr. John Shank & Miyoko are the best!!! Had 2 previous foot tendon repairs with another doctor that were unsuccessful. Dr. Shank did a tendon transfer & got me back to all my athletics! Thank you for always being so friendly, caring, and positive!!! I wouldn’t go to any other office!!!
I’ve had many (18) previous surgeries on my foot with a different physician. This time it turned into a middle toe amputation (which probably should’ve been done years ago). First time in 20+years I’m walking without pain. Thank you Dr Shank!!

It's such a comfort to have both Dr. Shank and Miyoko treat any issue you have related to your foot. I'm always impressed with the time they take to listen to you and thoroughly assess your condition. They have the expertise and concern for you to develop the most appropriate treatment plan for your recovery. I have complete confidence and trust in them.
