Appointment on time. Explained what was happening to my foot well. I believe I have found a doctor to help heal my broken foot.

Dr. Shank was amazing with daughter from consultation to surgery day. He is so kind, gentle and very through. The staff in his office are all so professional, friendly kind and just amazing. I would tell everyone to go see Dr. Shank or anyone at his office! My daughter felt so confident in Dr.Shank and his staff

The reason I gave only a one star is because I requested to see Dr Shank personally. When I checked in I was told I would see him. His PA came in and even though she was very nice and easy to talk to, I cannot fully accept her diagnosis because I only had one of the symptoms. I would have liked to seen him because he did come highly recommended by my physical therapist.
Really appreciate the time given during appointments and the thorough explanation of procedures. His entire staff was very caring and respectful! I would recommend Dr Shank highly for ankle surgery!
Dr. Shank always takes the time needed to explain everything in a way that I can understand. He is very professional and very kind in his demeanor.
