Dr. Shank did a detailed exam and took xrays. He listened to how I injured my foot without rushing me and recommended physical therapy with a follow up appointment to see how I was doing. He gave me a boot and a brace that I can use for hiking and outdoor activities. I was very pleased with the attention that I received.

Thanks to Dr. Shank, his PA, and his surgery staff, I am now able to walk correctly again. Arthritis in my left big toe had stiffened the joint so badly I was unable to walk correctly. I have seen Dr. Shanks several times the past 10 years for various injuries and he is still my first choice. I trust you more than anyone else by far and have recommended him to others. I have always healed 100% using his treatment plans. You may have to wait past your appointment time but the wait is worth it.
I felt very comfortable with Dr. Shank. He explained the procedure and all went as planned. I was able to wear a shoe and walk at my sons wedding.
Dr. Shank was incredible. He was able to fix problems created by prior surgeries. He will listen to you and develop the best course of action. He is an excellent surgeon and my experience was nothing but positive.
The front desk staff is AWESOME! They are friendly, greet you immediately when you walk in, and sincerely helpful. Dr. Shank and his PA are fantastic! Questions answered. Care received. Back to my sport. I’d recommend to friends, family, and take my kids to them.
Dr. Shank is an excellent doctor in all realms - technical, as well as his people skills. The only frustration I've had is with the accounting office. Recording payments correctly and billing has been a problem a few times.
